I've really enjoyed spending time with my family... watching movies, eating lots of food, going to the antique show, twittering random things, playing games, taking pictures, editing pictures, attmepting to not do any work but still working, seeing cousins I haven't seen in way too long, and just relaxing.
Unfortuantely the last couple of days have been spent sniffling, sleeping, and avoiding getting dressed because somewhere in the midst of our fun vacation, I managed to get sick.
I will be glad to come home but it's always bittersweet to leave.
This summer has been busy and crazy and wonderful, but it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Tomorrow it's back to the regular schedule. Thursday will be spent recuperating, Friday will be spent cleaning and re-packing, Saturday will be relaxing... Sunday I am doing a super fun photoshoot with Chris and Erinn Austin for something that will be coming soon (yay for suprises!!!) and then Monday I leave for Summer Camp where I'll spend the week as a counselor for high school girls.
I can't help but think back to a year ago at this time when we came for our trip to Oregon, and I am so grateful to be where I am today. This has been a crazy and sometimes difficult year, but I feel blessed to be doing things I love.
And since I hate to post a blog without a picture, here's a couple of me and my adorable little niece, Hannah taken by her beautiful and talented mama... you'll see many more pictures of her and her mom and dad soon!
P.S... sorry for the small pictures (you can click on them to make them bigger)... but I seem to be having trouble doing it the way I usually do :)
