Everyday: Mom

There are some people who are born to be in front of the camera.
There are other people who are trained to be in front of the camera.
I was one of those. I'm an only child, and used to being the center of my parents lives... from a young age, I would be in the center of every picture. My mom took tons of pictures... and even made me re-open Christmas presents if she missed it the first time. I perfected the "Vannah White" and the "suprised face. The more I was in front of the camera, the less my mom appeared in pictures.

My mom hates having her picture taken. She cooperates, and she likes having pictures of herself, but she is convinced she is not photogenic. So a while back, when she traveled up to Santa Barbara with me for the day, I was determined to prove her wrong... And after looking through these pictures of my beautiful mom, I am convinced that I was successful. These are not photos of someone who is unphotogenic!

Mom... I know you weren't crazy about having these up... but please don't hate me. You look awesome! You definitely dont look like someone with a 24 year old daughter :) Love you!

My favorite is the one of her cracking up! How many times did you hear,"Are my bangs perfect?" I love Santa Barbara. You are so lucky to have such beautiful back drops!

Great photos Diandra! I especially like the laughing photo, but the close-ups are really nice. And the last photo... love it! Your mom is a very pretty lady. I bet she won't be near as camera shy now that she can see how photogenic she really is.
