Love Story: Javier and Tracy

They've been friends for years. They met when they were in junior high, and their friendship has only grown. Tracy waited patiently as his friend while he dated other girls and didn't date her. And eventually, her patience paid off. Now heading into their senior year of high school, they are at a great place in life and in their friendship. They often remind me of a Taylor Swift song, "You belong with me."

She wears high heels, I wear sneakers..
She's cheer captain, and I'm on the bleachers.
Dreaming 'bout the day when you'll wake up and find
that what you're looking for has been here the whole time.

I headed down to the Santa Monica pier last week to take pictures of Javier and some of his friends. (You'll see Nick and Princess on my blog soon!) Take a look at some of my favorites from the shoot.

I caught this one while they were waiting for me to take some pictures of Nick and Princess... And I really like it! It is just them!During an attempt at a cool picture... they both lost it... we never got that particular picture... but we got this one... and it makes me smile. :)Tracy was amazing! She worked it!But while she was working it... the boys couldn't stay out of the spotlight... this is what happened:
