It's been a while...

...I know I haven't been very good at updating my blog... so I'm going to try to do it on a more regular basis. However, that may mean some things are unrelated to photography. But maybe you can get to know me a little better through my blog... for those of you who don't already know me.

Yesterday I hung out with some friends... they were installing a ceiling fan. It was quite entertaining, and i even got a few pictures... but apparently the shutter gets annoying when you're hanging a ceiling fan... so I didn't get very many before they made it very clear that I should stop taking pictures... in a very nice way of course :)

It really made me laugh that the instruction book was called an "owner's manual". I'm not really sure why... but I thought it was funny.
Sammy's daughter, Samantha... she really wanted to hang out in her uncle's room while we did this project... but the only place to stand seemed to be under the ladder. Needless to say, her dad and uncle told her how much bad luck she was going to have and then ushered her out of the room... but not before I got this adorable picture :)
Javier and Javy attaching the wires... poor Javy's arms were so tired. He had to stand there and hold that for a very long time... even while his dad searched the garage for a tool he needed.
They did it successfully! I was very impressed... there were a lot of wires!
And one more of me in the mirror... proof I was there :)
